Rantau Panjang-Heaven in Malaysia

When the name of Rantau Panjang is mentioned, people will relate it to South Thailand. This is because people from South Thailands come to Rantau Panjang to buy their groceries and people from Rantau Panjang go to South Thailand which is Sungai Kolok to buy food. Either people from Malaysia or Thailand come and go to each other’s country just to fulfil their needs because these two countries have their own superiorities. Besides, Rantau Panjang and South Thailand are neighbouring countries.
The trademark, “sweet, sour and savoury” of Thailand food is quite famous. However, to get these Thailand foods from Malaysia is not easy especially the new recipes that always come out day by day from the neighbouring country. However, all the Malaysian do not have to pay RM200 for the passport just to go to Thailand to buy their tasty food because they can get all of them from Rantau Panjang. Mostly, people who live in Rantau Panjang are immigrants from Thailand. Most of them come to Rantau Panjang and open the restaurant here.
In Rantau Panjang, you can have Tuta or in Malaysia, it is called as the steamboat, Dim Sum, Miang Pla Pou (laksa with grilled fish) and many more. The people from other countries usually crave for Mee Celup as they say Rantau Panjang serve the best Mee Celup out of all the countries from Malaysia. It has all the tastes and of course, it will not disappoint even for the first time. Other than that, you will find very rare fruits such as baby pineapple that is very sweet, green apple with shiny skin, mangoes that is very crunchy and saccharine. People say all these fruits are being modified with Thailand technology which is very famous in the food industry because you will find all the sour fruits become sweet.
Other than that, the favourite place of the aunties will be ‘bazaar’ or market. There are many markets in Rantau Panjang including Bazaar Siti Fatimah, Bazaar Amirah, Bazaar Aminah and whatnot. Most of the bazaars just sell the same products which are ‘kain pasang’, ‘Toto’, kitchen range and many more but what make them different is the price. Besides, the aunties also will craze for kitchenware with different famous brands such as Corelle, Vintage and Luminarc. You have to know how to bargain the prices when you want to buy things as the sayings, “be wise” and “be a smart customer”.
Also, for the nut lovers, you can have it with cheaper prices. Here, there are many nuts such as almond, cashew and even hazelnut that are sold just by the roadside. Then, as Rantau Panjang is one of the free duty zones in Malaysia, you can get all the famous sweets and chocolates such as Daim, Hershey, KitKat with lower price compared to other places. There are also a variety of choices and chocolate lovers will call it heaven when they come to Rantau Panjang. In order to bargain the chocolate price, you need to go to the bazaar, not the mall. The more you buy, the more you can save your money.
Other than the tasty food, Rantau Panjang also has many interesting places to visit. One of the places is The Chinese Beijing Mosque or also known as Beijing Mosque. Initially, people always have mistaken it as a temple due to the influence of Chinese architecture. Beijing Mosque is a popular place for the photograph because the design and the building structure is unique which combines Chinese and Islamic architecture. For the interior decoration, you will find that it incorporates Indian and Uzbekistan features. Other than that, there are a multipurpose hall, library, kindergarten and even bazaar inside the mosque area as it would definitely generate tourism.
Also, People who want to go there have to wear appropriate clothes with is covering aurah or else they will be given ‘another’ cloth that is more appropriate. Even it is opened for the tourist to relax, walk around and take pictures, still, the holiness of the religious institute is preserved. This is to avoid any bad perceptions and impressions outsiders towards the religion itself.
For the drought season, the people in Rantau Panjang will be having the festival. They will open the stalls in the river which is the water only will be at your ankle. They sell many light foods such as hotdogs, keropok and whatnot while the children have fun in the water. Usually, this festival only happens once a year mostly on March or April.
Besides, when you are in Rantau Panjang, you can go to South Thailand because it just a stone away. The Kelantanese has special priority which they do not have to have a passport, they only need to have a border pass which only cost RM10.  Even you are so excited to go to South Thailand, make sure you bring someone who already knows about the country because it will make your travel easier.
Therefore, if you plan to go travel to calm your mind and enjoy the shopping at the same time with the whole family, Rantau Panjang will be the best choice out of many places in Malaysia.

Assalamualaikumwarahmatullahiwabarakatuhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... ehem ehem oo baca entry ni ada niat nk masuk ipg ka? hmm sebab apa ehh? elaun ke minat? tanya dulu diri kita sama ada kita ada pasang niat nk masuk ipg ni sebab minat ke, mak bapak paksa ke, atau sebab elaun yg boleh dikatakan agak lumayan la utk pelajar..haa dh ada jawapan??.hmm ok kalau dah ada jawapan meh kita pergi kepada tindakan yang patut diambil pulak ! ajommm !!.. ok kat sini aku nk cakap tindakan selepas dah ada jawapan kenapa korang nak masuk ipg ada dua je.. 1'st, terima dengan hati terbuka..2nd, tolak sebab ramai lagi yang nak jadi cikgu dik kat luar sana. Korang kalau dah tak minat nak jadi cikgu pabila paksa diri menceburi diri dalam bidang ni,,ni yg menyebabkan murid-murid tak dapat nak terima cara pengajaran cikgu-cikgu zaman sekarang . Cikgu buat kerja cara terpaksa . TAK MAU LA MACAM NI ! kalau nak jadi cikgu, biar ikhlas ehh dari hati, barulah kita dapat deliver cara pengajaran kita dengan berkesan ! ohh...

kisah di matrikulasi..

haaaaaaa sape nk dengar kisah di matrik? best ke idok??!! ho meh meh meh baca... dulu masa form five memang target kitorang(CV) nak masuk matrikulasi ataupun asasi.. alahhh fikiran tak meluas lagi masa tu.. apa org kata?? katak bawah tempurung kan .. haa sama la tu dengan kami.. bunyi perkataan matrikulasi tu kira hebat la tu .. Dulu masa form 5 acah2 nk kredit je subjek  sains sebab kononnya nak baiki result dekat matrik nanti ..hohohoho...(angannya lah).. pastu kononnya lagi baru nk buat degree kat mana2 ipta.. USM macam best je kannnnnnnn!!! sebab apa kami kata best? sebab kami dah pernah merasai kehidupan sebagai pelajar di USM tapi tak lama,,3 hari 2 malam je.. ehhh itu pun kira rezeki apa?! kau hadooo??!! hihihi sorry sorry tak sengaja tergurau pulak . Hiks ! ..and nak jadi kisahnya, masa nk dekat SPM dulu, kaunselor panggil lah kitorang(CV) dtg menghadap..heheheheee ..EHHH stop salah sangka ! kami bukan buat kesalahan disiplin tau tapi ...kaunselor nk jumpa sebab kami ni ...

TENTANG KAMU DAN AKU…               Bunyi derapan kasut seorang guru yang berkarisma kedengaran. Kelenjar adrenalin mula memainkan peranan. Tanpa disangka-sangka peluh renek debaran membasahi pelipis nipisku.
